Ken has been an absolute delight to work with. He makes the whole process go very smoothly and easily. We were hesitant to build from all the horror stories we've heard about builders, but Ken is the opposite of all those. He's very hands on and stays on top of his crew and his subs and even watches the budget closer than I can. I'd not hesitate to have him build for me or anyone else I know.
